GDEP has a dedicated LogiPlan test environment, giving our team greater autonomy to prepare, configure and test construction logistics workflows before project deployment. It provides a foundation for translating operational requirements into structured digital processes, from delivery scheduling and resource coordination to unloading zones, site access and material flows.
As project-specific data is introduced, the environment will support the evaluation of relevant workflows for delivery deviations, waste coordination, project statistics and environmental reporting. This preparation will help our team assess configurations, clarify coordination needs and identify potential operational constraints ahead of implementation.
This milestone supports GDEP’s vision of connecting digital capability with practical project execution. By strengthening our internal expertise and preparation capacity, we are building a more informed approach to helping clients improve site coordination, operational visibility and resource efficiency.
